Reasonable Adjustments
Last Updated: Thursday, 10 September 2026We Are Committed to Accessible Healthcare
We want everyone to be able to access our services easily and comfortably. If you have a disability, long-term health condition, sensory impairment, learning disability, neurodivergence, mental health condition, or any other need that makes it difficult to use our services, we can discuss reasonable adjustments to help you access the care you need. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure we are compliant with the Equality & Diversity regulations and legislation.
What Are Reasonable Adjustments?
Reasonable adjustments are changes we can make to remove barriers and make our services more accessible. These adjustments are tailored to individual needs and may help patients communicate with us, attend appointments, and access information more easily. We will endeavour to respond to reasonable requests as soon as possible. With regards to complex requests, we will aim to work with you to agree a reasonable adjustment to overcome the issue. https://www.england.nhs.uk/learning-disabilities/improving-health/reasonable-adjustments/
